The "Streams" Section

Field Description Valid Usage
Stream This is a link to the stream's page where we show you the origin base URL and publishing URLs. Remember, this is the stream name to send with your encoder.
Application This is the *chorigin* application, that you will send a stream to. Be sure it is correct. Generally, accountname-chorigin
User The username authorized to send this stream is listed here. You can use the same user each time, or different ones, depending on your business rules.
Password You can update password for this user here. Use passwords that meet your business security requirements. You never have to transmit the actual password, you can always provide the Origin Base URL with a hashed password, so users won't know the actual passwords you have set.
Revoke Click this to delete the stream, and its user and password. You must re-create any stream if you revoke a stream.
Status This graphic is greyed out if you are not streaming yet, and is Green if you are streaming. Stream status is only relevant to this particular live stream, not the list stream.
