ScaleEngine Documentation: Live Streaming Account - Getting URLs
Synopsis
The Control Panel page for each Stream provides origin and playback URLs and an example JW player.

Input Description |
| Username: |
This is your account name. |
| Application Type: |
Live streaming accounts default to "live". Combined with our geo-dns naming, the generated url sends viewers to an available ScaleEngine edge server that will retrieve a copy of your stream for the viewer. |
| Height: |
Javascript JW player variable. Height in pixels. |
| Width: |
Javascript JW player variable. Width in pixels. |
| Stream Path: |
Select your stream name from the drop down list. |
| Auto Start: |
Javascript JW player boolean variable. Check if you don't want user to have to initiate playback. |
| JW Player Key: |
If left blank, uses our "free" version key, with their ugly watermark. You can add your own key if you have one. |
Stream URLs

| Encoder Connection URL |
Copy and paste this entire line into your encoder. It passes the username and hashed passwords as URL parameters. |
| RTMP PLAYBACK |
URL for flash players, if you are using your own. |
| HLS PLAYBACK |
URL for HTTP Live Streaming clients like Roku/TV/Tablets etc. |
| RTSP PLAYBACK |
URL for Android pre 4.1, and older Blackberry. Can be disabled if you are securing your playback URLs. |
